Jorgen Rafn教授简介：
Jorgen Rafn是丹麦罗斯基德大学（Denmark Roskilde University）知名教授。任职于罗斯基德大学心理与教育研究系（The Department of Psychology and Educational Studies），同时担任《人文基础课程的主体性和学习纲要》（Compendium of the humanistic foundation course Subjectivity and Learning）杂志的编委。Jorgen Rafn教授的研究方向主要包括，导师及管理人员教育、校长领导和学校发展、员工教育及其资格发展。出版的著作主要有NPK -New Pedagogy for Creative Learning Processes；”Experience” is the keyword,；AMU education teacher: evaluation of a new teacher education, 1990。在教师教育研究领域有重要影响。
